We in Bouldin Creek have a “little school doing big things!” Mainspring Schools prepares children ages six weeks to five years old for success in school and life through high-quality early education, nutrition, family services, and community building.  There are 95 children, and 500 on the waiting list! Mainspring Schools, the oldest preschool in Austin, is at 1100 W. Live Oak Street in Bouldin Creek (across the street from the Ricky Guerrero Pocket Park)

To get to know each other better, Executive Director Jason Gindele has invited Bouldin Creek neighbors to “Come as our guests” to the Mainspring Fling, the school’s annual fundraiser. Expect food, drink, lawn games, live music, a silent auction to support Mainspring Schools, and an opportunity to learn more about our exceptional neighbor!
