SoCo PTMD Update - Hybrid and Employee Parking Expansion (West of South First Street)
The SoCo PTMD will be expanding Hybrid Parking to streets West of South 1st Street and
Dawson Road. This expansion is expected to start mid 2026. Neighborhood community
meeting(s) will be held for Residents and Businesses this spring allowing participants to
review draft and make comments.
