Announcing the first ever Bouldin Art Walk, to be held Saturday, June 12 from 11:00am-6:00pm
The pandemic has marooned most of Bouldin’s Artists and artisans, but nonetheless we have continued to create art during the lock-down. Now we want to show the world what we’ve been up to during the past year.
For more information and to see the artists who are participating go to our FB page Bouldin Art Walk.
We are all so excited to be putting on this show and hope to see lots of our neighbors checking out the talented artists of the Bouldin neighborhood and taking home some lovely pieces!!!

Notice of Event and Healthy Streets Program
From Thom Parker Traffic@bouldincreek.org
Sunday July 4th Austin Symphony and Fireworks Show sponsored by HEB
Vic Mathias Shores 8:00 PM

The July 4th HEB Austin Symphony Concert and Fireworks Show is the first of two announced Special Events requiring barricades to enter neighborhood. Barricades will be placed at the Northern entries from Barton Springs at Bouldin Ave. and Dawson and on W. Gibson at Christopher, Bouldin Ave. and South 5th St.
At this time the only other announced event requiring barricades is Austin City Limits scheduled for the weekends of October 1st – 3rd and 8th – 10th. Traffic for the ACL weekends promises to be extremely heavy anywhere near Zilker park.
Residents living within the Orange and Pink Sectors located between Barton Springs on the North and Gibson St. on the South will receive 2- Bouldin 2021 Access Pass for each household within these two sectors. Delivery of passes will begin the week of June 14th. These passes allow residents to pass staffed barricades to get to their home.

Healthy Streets Program – Bouldin Creek Neighborhood
The Healthy Streets initiative located on Bouldin Ave and South 3rd Streets in the Bouldin Creek Neighborhood is funded through September 2021. It is unknown what will happen after September. Throughout the pandemic neighborhood residents have expressed an appreciation for the Healthy Streets program on Bouldin and South 3rd. Streets. Updates on the program can be found at https://www.austintexas.gov/HealthyStreets

Hot off the press is the June-August 2021 Edition of Bouldin Bulletin.
The same good stuff you might have read while drinking a cup of coffee —but in digital form.
Thanks to Matt Coldwell, our temporary Publisher, Ronnie Dittmar, editor, and Rob Clayton our web admin., for bringing us into a new world of digital publishing – a potentially more mobile-friendly, color, version of the Bouldin Bulletin,
Also thanks to Sector Reps organizing the delivery volunteers and of course, thanks to the folks walking the neighborhood to deliver 2600 issues to our residents.
Plus a thanks to John Shobe our retired, long time Publisher!
Note that Bulletin will be published on a quarterly basis to match General Association Meetings.
Note: Meeting Minutes and the Bouldin Bulletins now available on website at ASSOCIATION/BULLETINANDMINUTES

The SoCo Parking Study
The SoCo Parking Study is not presently top of
mind for the Transportation Department as they focus
on Project Connect. They will reengage in late Summer
or early Fall. In the interim, the Steering Committee has
encouraged everybody to participate in the survey and
we will have this as an agenda item on our June 8 virtual
General Association Meeting. We need a lot of questions
answered but we do want to get a sense of where the
neighborhood stands. IMPORTANT that you provide feedback at the below feedback link ASAP.
