Parks Update:
Saturday, Dec 11 – BCNA Greenbelt Day

Neighbors,
Please mark your calendars – we will hold a BCNA Greenbelt Day on Saturday, December 11, from 9 am to noon.
This will take the place both of our Annul Creek Cleaning and the Fall It’s My Park Day, both of which were canceled because of Covid. We will concentrate our effort on the West Bouldin Creek Greenbelt: widen trails, remove nandina & cats claw and pick up trash.
We would like to encourage as many of you as possible to participate for two reasons:
1) We have not had any large park events in over 16 months and there is a lot to do
2) The grant we received to enhance the greenbelt entrance at Post Oak requires us to provide 450 volunteer hours as our match
We’ll provide coffee and breakfast tacos before we’ll get started. As we get closer to the date, I will ask for a head count so I’ll know how much to order.
More details to come, but please help spread the word and plan to come with family and friends. Since we will be outside and work in small groups, it should be safe for everyone.

Bouldin Bulletin
Hot off the press is the December 2021 edition of the Bouldin Bulletin.
The same good stuff you might have read while drinking a cup of coffee —but in digital form.
Thanks to Denise Zucco, Communication Director and publisher, Rob Clayton, web admin and Andrew Collier for bringing us into a new world of digital publishing – a potentially more mobile-friendly, color version of the Bouldin Bulletin.

Also of note is that 3,500 copies were mailed out to all addresses in Bouldin
so a big thanks again to Denise and also Ronnie Dittmar for helping facilitate.
The Bouldin Bulletin has been proofed and it is at the printer, scheduled to be mailed this week..

BCNA General Association meeting is Tuesday December 14th
The meeting will include the annual officer elections. More information and agenda coming soon. With Austin Public Health still holding at stage 3 Covid recommendations
the meeting will be via Zoom. Link coming soon.
