Bouldin residents filled the child-sized tables and chairs of Becker Elementary School's library, and filled the roster of BCNA officers at the association's December 11 general meeting. Many voters and a few candidates and new officers were first-time participants--a good sign for the continued health of an organization whose responsibiities are growing under a changing neighborhood population and a city agenda of continued urban infill and commercial develoment. Residents elected the following officers:
