ou see and hear it everywhere.
The odd assemblages of objets trouvés in residents' yards and gardens.
The thump and twang of unknown bands practicing in garages. The first-time
exhibits in local galleries and on cafe walls. The national syndicated columnist
at the restaurant table across from yours. The major label recording artist
in line next to you waiting for a breakfast taco. Try not to stare. Many
of Austin's creative types gravitate to Bouldin Creek's down home atmosphere--within
a stone's throw of downtown's buzz. Here's a sampling.
