You don't have to be a long-time resident or a homeowner to belong. All you have to do is live in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood. There's also a business advisor membership for a single representative of each business in the area. Though business advisors can't vote, their participation and input is welcomed in all BCNA meetings and functions.
